General admission is free and requires an advance online reservation. This is a rehabilitation hospital: animals on view depend on current patients, and specific animals or close interaction are not guaranteed.

How to use this benefit

At 2000 Bunker Road. When checked, the center was changing ticket systems: dates through October 11 were bookable through Eventbrite, while October 12 onward had not yet opened. Confirm a date and obtain tickets on the official site before traveling. Check separate details for additional tours.
