Free, no purchase needed.
Home Depot says sign-up opens Nov 7; register for a store and arrive early, as kits are available while supplies last.

How to get and use it
The Christmas Car Ornament is an extra special workshop in November, separate from the regular Nov 7 session.
Kids take the ornament home for the tree.
