Free Chick-fil-A One basic members must add their birthday at least 24 hours beforehand and use the latest app. The basic birthday reward is a choice of a Chocolate Chunk Cookie or Chocolate Fudge Brownie, with no additional purchase.
How to use this benefit
The reward lasts 30 days. For a Sunday birthday it arrives on Saturday; restaurants are closed Sundays. Find locations including Sunnyvale. Higher-tier milkshakes, sandwiches and other rewards are not available to every new member.
