Check eligibility first

You need a valid electronic or paper event ticket issued through the Chase Center ticketing system, which covers nearly all ticketed arena events. This benefit does not reduce the event ticket price. It includes Muni bus and light rail travel that day, excluding cable cars, BART, and Caltrain.

How to use this benefit

Valid on the event day until the service day ends at 2:00 AM the next morning. Keep your event ticket for inspection. At Muni Metro, follow the official instructions to show the ticket to a station agent or use the designated gate. Paying with ordinary Clipper does not trigger an automatic refund.

Check the official page for current eligibility, availability and participating locations.
