Celebrating Yalda Night at Palo Alto’s Children’s Library: a Persian winter story and craft

Palo Alto’s Children’s Library celebrates Yalda Night with children’s author Anahita Tamaddon: the longest night of the year, a Persian tradition of family, storytelling and togetherness to welcome winter. She reads her picture book Yalda Night, with music and a paper craft of one of Yalda’s symbols.
