Gates open Friday at 11am and on the weekend at 9am. SFMTA lists performances from 1pm Friday and 11am on the weekend, ending daily at 7pm. Gate and performance times differ.

Each person may bring one bag and one personal item; the bag limit is 22×15×10 inches. Some opaque bags require a secondary search. Glass, hard coolers, umbrellas and high-back chairs are prohibited.

Extra service includes N Judah and 5/5R. Return 5R service to Civic Center runs daily 6–8:30pm. Bikes and skateboards cannot enter the venue; check perimeter parking first.

Food and official merchandise concessions are cashless. Bring a refillable bottle, layers and hearing protection for young children. Confirm accessibility-shuttle times directly with the organizer.
