Cost and participation: Indoor trick-or-treating is $15 per child, advance sale only. Includes 20 trick-or-treat stops, a gift bag, extra prizes, photos and 10 carnival games. Food and other activities cost extra. The indoor program is suited to children ages 2–10, who must be accompanied by an adult; each ticket reserves one 30-minute session. Tickets are limited and sold only in advance, starting September 21 at 09:00. Check current availability.

The overall event runs 17:00–21:00 on 10/23. The 30-minute slot is the indoor trick-or-treating reservation, not the whole event's duration. Downtown Event Center & Plaza, 3500 Capitol Avenue. Do not apply the $15 indoor ticket price as a universal admission charge for all plaza activities. Check the organizer's latest notice before leaving, and confirm ticket availability, admission requirements and transportation for your session.
