The Great Dickens Christmas Fair: Victorian London’s Christmas inside the Cow Palace

Four acres of exhibition halls become Dickens’s London

The Bay Area’s annual Dickens Christmas Fair turns more than four acres of the Cow Palace exhibition halls into Victorian London, with theatres, pubs, dance parties and shops, and hundreds of characters from Dickens’s imagination and the Victorian stage; in 2026 it runs five weekends plus the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Before you go

  • Tickets are sold online only, never at the door. A general ticket is good for any one day of the season; early-bird tickets are sold Oct 16–31 only and are valid only on Nov 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29.

  • Totals with platform and card fees: early-bird adult $45.62, ages 5–12 $30.17; general adult $55.92, ages 5–12 $35.32.

  • From Nov 1 there are also twilight tickets for entry after 3 pm: adults $35, ages 5–12 $20. Cow Palace parking is $20 per vehicle.
