Free Baer Blacksmith Shop demonstrations

Watch a historic smithy at work, then walk the preserve

The historic shop at McClellan Ranch Preserve lists free demonstrations on October 31 and November 28, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. Combine a demonstration and a short park walk for a half day. These are scheduled demonstrations, not daily shop access or permission to operate tools.

Before you go

  • Choose one of the confirmed demonstration dates: October 31 or November 28.

  • Navigate to 22221 McClellan Road and add a short park walk.

  • Follow staff instructions; observing a demonstration is not a hands-on class.
