Tickets are not required to watch, but a free attendee RSVP is encouraged. Register separately for the costume contest before October 16; capacity is limited.

Keep dogs leashed throughout. Parking is free for the first 3 hours, then $10 per day.

The pet parade runs noon–12:30pm and winners are announced 12:30–1pm; confirm adoption fees and eligibility with Pets In Need.
