Registration & preparation
  • Schedule: October 9 · 12:00–18:00 PDT.
  • Cost and eligibility: Reference: applying is free; organizer approval is required. Check the ticket page for final prices. Apply for free and await organizer approval; the full address will be in your registration confirmation.
  • The public page confirms only Menlo Park; do not use the old 135 Constitution Drive address as a confirmed destination. Attendance, speaker applications and project demos have separate entry points; choose between concurrent workshops. The current official public page hides the exact address, and Silicon Valley AI Hub/135 Constitution Drive was not reconfirmed on the public page in this review.

01

Bring one concrete question

An automation you want to build, a product you are working on or peers you want to meet will help you choose a useful session.

02

Confirm registration before planning your route

For approval-based events, submitting a request does not confirm entry. Check the event page for the venue, ticket type and latest changes.

03

Keep each outing in one area

Plan San Francisco, Oakland and Menlo Park separately. Nearby pins on a map do not tell you the travel time at rush hour.

How this selection is maintained

We include sessions with a public organizer page, specific dates and a venue. Unconfirmed prices are never labelled free. We do not show live availability, admission chances or reserved places.
